The villa is approached by a driveway sweeping upwards to a gravelled parking area. To the front is a large paved terrace that overlooks the pool and the sea beyond. To the side is a large gravelled area, shaded by an olive and quince tree. This area is ideal for enjoying a game of boules in the afternoon. For the more energetic there is a table-tennis table.
